The question is for the general population !why you need pacemaker the answer is when you heart rate is too low That can't support you activity in this case it make you symptoms mean that you are tired, feeling run out energy , faint, losse of consciousness, and even more dead. Worse Dead. Normally our heart is ranking from 60 beats per minute to 100 beats per minute . In case it lower than 60 beats per minute that we called bradycardia , in case you are symptomatique you need a treatments medical treatments can help  but in some cases may not help so the pacemaker is necessary to help you!
